Good vibe. Good food. Good location. Good service. This is one of our favorite location and restaurant for seafood. Some choices can be expensive though.

1). Food. They have lots of good Mexican sea food options. Tried the Karina's ceviche (pictures attached) at this location and it was very good with generous portions. Very satisfied here. Free chips and salsa at this location as well. Tostada (pictures attached) was freshly made.

2). Customer service. Very good service was experienced here. The waitresses were very nice and attentive. They were always checking on you to ensure you have what you need.

3). Atmosphere. Cafeteria vibe. Felt like I was on vacation while eating here. Very clean place. Nicely kept. Kudos to the management.

      4). Others. Parking available.

I tried another Karina's and this one gives a totally different vibe and ambience. Needless to say, this is one of my favorite locations (the other location is good as well). Will take out of town visitors to this restaurant chain. Very highly recommended.

Ahhh this one really hurts my heart to write. My family has been coming here for over 10 years and the quality of food has just gone downhill. I tried the ahi poke tostadas today and they were so drowned in whatever orangey sweet glaze that the fish couldn't even be tasted. The ahi itself looked old and gummy. We told the waitress and she was really sweet about exchanging the food for something else. I ended up picking the Karina's ceviche and that was a big mistake. The shrimp were not fully cooked from the juice and were a mushy mess.

Come on ! 2 for 2... I'm so sad. The manager was able to take off one of the orders but quite frankly I'm upset that I had to pay for the other one. The music was blaring, service was slow, and there was only one other table occupied. I won't be coming back to this location. The most decent thing I have to say is that the bathroom was fairly clean. Thumbs all the way down for the food quality. I love the company but they've lost a patron in me, you can't charge those prices for seafood and get it that wrong.

I WISH I could give this place -5 reviews. Horrifying. This was one of the worst restaurants experiences me and my family have ever had. We were seated and my mother-in law ordered 3 margaritas, only 3 - NOT 4, as I was the designated driver and not drinking. After that initial interaction with the waitress we didn't see her for a solid 20 minutes. No big deal, she came back with the margaritas and has 4 instead of the 3 we had ordered. She explained that she accidentally put 4 margaritas into the computer instead of 3 and explicitly told us the 4th one was on the house as it was her mistake- we didn't want it so it never got drank- but did remain full on our table. Then she took our order. I ordered shrimp tacos, they were all fried and half of the shrimp as I bit into them had the full shell and tail on them. Meaning I barely got any shrimp to eat as the ones with the shell on them were pretty nasty, after trying to rip the shells off afterwards. The next time we saw the waitress we asked her about the shrimp and she proceeded to tell us they use a machine to de-shell the shrimp. Understandable, but still my food was not very good. My mother in law is very quiet and reserved and didn't tell us that that her burrito was cold at first, finally she spoke up and so the next time the waitress came around my husband let her know that his mother burrito was cold. She was very nice and said she would get her a new one. Next thing we know the "owner" Mayelin walks over, she asked what happened and my husband explained that the burrito was cold. She had a complete attitude while saying that the reason my mother in laws burrito was cold was because it had sour cream in it. Huh?? She explained that if she wanted a hot burrito she shouldn't have ordered it with sour cream. My mother in law explained that the meat itself was cold, and that it wasn't because of the sour cream. The "owner" explained to us that there is no way the meat could have possibly been cold, and that it had to be the sour cream. She also explained next time to order it with the sour cream on the side so the meat cold be hot. Mind you, when this woman walked up to our table she introduced herself as the owner, me and my husband have since found out that she WASN'T THE OWNER AT ALL, but was a manager. So that was a complete blatant lie. People of Yelp, this lady was yelling at my family and arguing with us trying to convince us the burrito wasn't cold for a solid 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES. My husband also explained to Mayelin that the shrimp in my tacos had shells on them- they had a breading over top of the shell so it was pretty much inedible. The manager repeated the same mantra that the waitress did saying that they use a machine to de- shell the shrimp. My husband asked if I could get new tacos as I couldn't eat the ones I had. She said "I'm not promising you that they won't have shells on them too, that's how we make them" Excuse me?? Anyways she walks away from the table and mind you I have not eaten anything and neither has my mother in law. The waitress brings our bill over and of course they chose to charge us for the fourth margarita!! You remember right? The one we NEVER ordered, the one the waitress told us to have on the house as SHE had made a mistake and put the order into the bar as 4 margaritas. The fake owner Mayelin comes over again and proceeded to YELL at our entire table pointing at all 4 margarita cups while counting them - 1,2,3,4. She would count them and go, "Huh well I count 4 cups so it seems like you need to pay for 4 margaritas." WOW. Keep in mind the 4th margarita has never even been sipped on- it was sitting on the table with the salt even around the rim- a full drink. She made a complete scene argued, yelled, made herself and the restaurant look very bad. We have since been in contact with the actual owner trying to fix this problem, but so far nothing has been done. All she needed to do was warm up the burrito, and get me a taco without a shell in it, it's not that complicated. This restaurant is disorganized, the food is BAD and the service is the worst I have ever had in my life. I made a yelp just to leave this review!! Save yourself the trouble and money, and never step foot in here. Of course if you wish to be yelled at and charged for things you never ordered, this is the place for you!

P.s. If management chooses to comment on this and deny ANYTHING I'm saying, I have a video of this entire encounter with them showing the fake owner yell at my father in law, referring to herself as the owner and telling us were wrong!! Ridiculous!!

My waitress was Melissa. She was very sweet, and checked on us frequently. The ambiance is a little all over for my taste, but everything else, service and food wise, was good.
As we were leaving I noticed no one was really tipping. These people work hard so my advice to future patrons would be to leave a tip. People in this industry hardly ever get paid a living wage and tips are where they break even or see some hope. I think it's disrespectful not to tip, especially if the service was good. Hope you have a good experience

This place is bad. I ordered from Uber eats. For $16 a small burrito and just look at this more than half was guacamole and sour cream!!! This is nasty. Thru is away and report to Uber. I'm paying for fries and asada not for guacamole or sour cream!!!
